Its name is derived from its ephemeral appearance, resembling morning dew, as it blooms in the morning and wilts by noon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Benefits and Effects<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Known as &#8220;oisekiso&#8221; in Kanpo, traditional Japanese medicine.  Tsuyukusa offers various health benefits, including antifebrile, diuretic, cold-relief, anti-pus, anti- inflammatory, and the ability to suppress elevated blood sugar levels and insect bites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>How to Consume<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tsuyukusa has a mild flavor that complements various dishes well. It can be boiled and added to your favorite dishes, such as boiled vegetables, dressings, soups, miso soups, and stir-fried dishes. Various recipes can incorporate Tsuyukusa based on personal preference.
